1. EAP Leadership Academy 2025
Leipzig, Germany | 25–27 September 2025
A unique, hands-on leadership training in a small-group setting, designed to build practical leadership, communication, and advocacy skills. Limited to 30 participants to ensure personalised learning and connections. Support by partners ensures minimal investment for participants!
Participation fee: €300 upfront (includes workshop, catering, social events, and 2 nights’ accommodation).
Young EAP / Residents in Training: €225 refund → effective cost €75.
Standard Participants (full paediatricians): €150 refund → effective cost €150.
Travel bursaries available for Young EAP members and applicants from lower-income European countries.
We would welcome any financial support your society may offer to enable the participation of Young EAP members or other promising candidates.
2. ExPAEDition by Young EAP – Exchange & EAP Congress and MasterCourse

Eligibility:
- European residents in paediatrics after their 2nd year of residency
- Members of an EAP National Member Society
Application deadline: 31 July 2025
Documents required by applicants:
- CV
- Motivation Letter
- Passport copy
- Confirmation of employment and residency status
- Proof of membership in a national paediatric society
- Copy of medical degree

Costs:
Participants will pay the EAP Congress Mastercourse registration fee upfront, which will be reimbursed in full upon successful completion of both the observership and the Congress and Mastercourse. Accommodation and personal expenses are not covered by EAP and must be arranged and financed by the participant. A last date to note in your calendars: the deadline to submit abstracts for the EAP Congress and MasterCourse has been extended to 23 June 2025.
National Member Societies / Institutions are encouraged to provide additional local/institutional travel support to their residents.
